Assemble Add desired liquid the the blender, followed by leafy greens, then soft ingredients (like fresh fruit), then firm ingredients (like frozen fruit). Blend: Turn the blender on low speed, the gradually increase speed to high. Continue blending for 30 to 60 seconds, or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
Drainthe pineapple tidbits, peaches, and pears. Cut up the peaches and pears if you didn't get the chunks. Add them all to the large bowl with the apple pie filling in it. Drain the mandarin oranges and maraschino cherries. Add them to the bowl of fruit. Slice the grapes in half and toss them into the fruit salad. Stir all the fruits together.
